**Please apply at: Benefits ● $20 / hour (paid biweekly) + overtime as required ● Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses (for performance and safety) ● Medical insurance ● Vision insurance ● Dental insurance ● Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment Schedule ● 10-hour shifts are typical ● 4-day work week ● Start time at 8:45am What does a Driver Associate do? ● Safely drive a delivery van ● Successfully handle and deliver packages on time ● Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner ● Be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) ● Get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations and walk up and down stairs and work in all weather conditions; ● Use smartphone device ● Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes What are the requirements ● Must be at least 21 years old ● Must have a valid driver’s license within the state of employment for at least 4 years ● Authorized to work in the United States ● Must consent to a drug screening ● Must have a clean motor vehicle report
