Rental Building Maintenance, Co, is a SF based maintenance business. We focus on small maintenance jobs under $500 for rental properties all over the Bay Area. We are seeking well rounded, reliable and independent maintenance professionals to join our small, non-stress, yet highly efficient maintenance team LONG TERM, earning up to $30-50/hr for certain trades (experience depending). You will be provided ongoing work order assignments, and receive help scheduling and coordinating with the tenants. Generally we do not guarantee full time work, but there is plenty of work to create a full time position with the possibility of overtime. The more skills you bring to the table, the more we can assign to you. You set your own hours and work schedule, work as little or as much as you want. Since we don’t do big jobs, there is no getting tied down to any project for more than a day. General Duties (more specific duties listed below) -Service residential and commercial maintenance projects each under $500 -Meet with tenants regarding maintenance concerns. -Complete handyman repairs for work orders under $500, scopes and repair types vary from painting, roofing and electrical. -Create invoices for T&M work using QuickBooks online immediately after completing work Print and post notices -Take Before and After Photos -Conduct unit inspections using our easy to follow mobile app and video training. -Report and document other property maintenance requests to our maintenance operations department. -Use Access codes & maintain key control using our properties digital lockboxes. -Set / make and maintain client appointments on a Google calendar and be accountable for appointments. -Maintain a phone line, by maintaining a Google voice number and you will be assigned a regional email, from -which you can communicate directly with scheduling staff. -Locally promote the property maintenance, leasing and management services. Qualifications MUST BE A Handy human with the ability to repair and build a variety of construction related trades. MUST read and write English fluently, (Spanish and Mandarin are a plus) MUST supply your own phone and computer MUST possess and maintain your own tools MUST possess a vehicle and maintain appropriate insurance for said operations. MUST pass a background check MUST maintain a valid drivers license Have above average maintenance repair skills Computer savvy and experience with spreadsheets, CRM’s, mobile apps, etc. Extremely COMMUNICATIVE, OPTOMISTIC and HONEST personality Compensation details The compensation relationship is that of an Independent Contractor, in that you will maintain your own truck, tools, schedule and accept/ turn down jobs based on your ability, availability, etc. The exact pay rate varies based off skills and experience- let's talk!
