Laborers needed - Construction Outdoor Remodeling

I own an outdoor remodeling construction company and we are looking to hire several laborers. A little about our company: We specialize in outdoor remodeling. We have a landscape architect who designs projects for homeowners and then we (and possibly you) build them. We build outdoor kitchens, install pavers, turf, pergolas, decks, fences, outdoor lighting, landscaping, retaining walls and much, much more. We are very busy and I can guarantee you 40+ hours a week. You would be required to work Monday thru Friday between 730am and 430pm, but you can work longer hours if you want. I always encourage my guys to work extra hours during the week and if they want to come in and work on a Saturday too, great. You'll never be required to work a Saturday, only encouraged. The work can be tough, it's lots of digging, heavy lifting, jackhammering, etc. and we all work very hard. However, the work is very rewarding and we all have fun building cool things. I take EXTREME pride in doing the highest quality work possible so as long as you show up on time, pay attention and work hard, I can help build you into a skilled craftsman with the ability to move up into a foreman position pretty quickly (and that means more money for you). The right candidate who tries hard and does well could be in a foreman position within 6-9 months. Below is a list of requirements for the job, but the thing I care about more than ANYTHING is reliability, a positive attitude, and someone who wants to show up and do perfect work. Again, the quality of your work is very important to me. If you're new to construction or just starting out, don't worry. I can train you and turn you into a skilled guy in a matter of months. As long as you show up every day, learn as much as you can and always focus on quality, you'll do well. Requirements - Must be physically capable of doing intense physical labor all day, every day. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel (most of our work is in Novato, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Sonoma, Napa & Vallejo) Previous construction experience preferred, but not required Proficient in English Legally able to work in the United States Pay depends on experience, but a laborer will make around $20/hr to start.
