Lucy is a black shih tzu poodle lost around the intersection of Brookpark Rd and Skyline Boulevard in Oakland on March 23rd in the early evening. She is 13lbs and was not wearing her collar. She is well loved and we can't wait to have her back home. We appreciate whoever finds her and helps bring her back home! Thank you.
