Local family owned flooring company is expanding its already successful coatings and concrete polishing division. Our team is seeking both apprentice level & experienced professionals. Applicants need to be team oriented and professional. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to new instructions quickly. Prior experience on commercial job sites and safety training are a plus. Project needs may require occasional off-hours and weekend work, paid at premium levels. Compensation is based on experience and market conditions. Qualifications: • 1 year professional experience concrete polishing, moisture mitigation or other types of concrete coatings. • Dependable vehicle for travel to and from job sites. • “Can Do” attitude is a must. • Must be able to carry 50+ pounds and must be able to work on your knees for reasonable periods of time. • Possess a valid Driver’s License • Pass a background check • Compensation: DOE We provide medical, vision, dental, vacation and holiday pay along with 401k after probation period.
