Excavation company specializing in septic system installation and repair is looking for an equipment operator. Advancement to foreman role is possible. Responsibilities will include, and are not limited to, digging trenches, pipe laying, backfilling trenches, ordering materials, and operating an excavator, loader, and backhoe. Construction experience required and prior experience with septic installation preferred. Must have good customer service skills, a willingness to learn about septic systems, have a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation to our office in Lake Stevens. Regular schedule is Monday -- Friday, starting at 7:00am. Must be willing to work overtime when necessary. Wages DOE. Full time / year-round employment. Performance based employer.
