Job Summary: Currently we are seeking individuals with the experience and communication skills required to be Site Lead / Superintendent. This position will work ‘bags on’, leading carpenters and apprentices while remaining part of the construction team. Job Description/Requirements: Able to read plans, generate, and manage construction workflow Oversee and signoff on work completed by subcontractors and vendors Understand how to balance quality work and time efficiently Communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing Work well independently and as part of a team Function as part of a project team comprised of a Project Coordinator, Site Lead, and Operations Manager 5 years minimum experience Please contact us if you: Are capable of maintaining focus for the duration of a project Prioritize successful completion of project Work independently and as part of a team Have reliable transportation and complete tool set Compensation: Very competitive (DOE), full health insurance, 401K.
