Fairview Developments is currently seeking a General Laborer to join the team as a member of our exciting Downtown Seattle High-rise tower project. Fairview Developments, a developer/builder in Seattle, has a rich successful history of developing and building vertical residential and commercial high-rises. RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform site clean-up • Remove and clean obstacles and hazards • Put together and take apart temporary structures • Assist Safety Officer in keeping our jobsite safe and healthy • Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary • Load and unload construction material • Follow instructions from supervisors • Be prepared to learn from on-the job training QUALIFICATIONS • Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry • Consent to a background check • Ability to do physical labor • Availability to work extended hours • Workers must be punctual and reliable • Starting wage is $18.00 per hour At Fairview Developments we are always on the lookout for talented people who are passionate about what they do.
