Stadium Events Housekeeping Lead (Seattle)
TLC Staffing is an employment and recruiting service with locations in Seattle and Auburn Washington. TLC is seeking individuals with strong leadership qualities who are interested in adding 2 - 4 overnight shifts each month to their existing workload.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensure and monitor the performance of housekeeping team members
-Ensure adherence to all administrative policies and procedures.
-Schedule housekeeping team members for upcoming shifts
-Communicates with all levels of staff, management and customer
-Resolve minor personnel conflicts or client needs
-Prepare minor post shift reports for payroll
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-Positive leadership qualities
-Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
-Competent use of email and navigating a desktop computer
-Exhibit an emphasis on customer service
-Ability to work night and weekend hours is a must
