We are seeking to establish relationships with exceptional independent contractor companies with EXPERIENCE in commercial and medical cleaning throughout Seattle/Tacoma We currently have new opportunities starting soon and are looking for additional contractors to partner with! TO PARTNER WITH US, YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE: - Your Own Equipment and Cleaning Chemicals - WA Business License (please, no sole proprietors) - General Liability Insurance; Workers Comp. - 2 or more cleaners on your crew - Must have COMMERCIAL Janitorial experience and references - You and all members of your team must be able to pass a background check. What are the keys to success for an Independent Contractor? 1.) Strong, professional communication skills including returning calls, texts, and/or emails promptly. 2.) Must understand the importance of completing the assigned task list and must perform a 'final inspection' for each building at the end of every clean. 3.) Must resolve any customer complaints during the next clean after the complaint has been received/reported. 4.) Must have a great attitude.
