Martha's Zumba®-based dance fitness classes are designed to boost your endurance, your mood and your confidence. The secret sauce is highly motivating music and easy-to-follow choreography. Always.
The class incorporates cardio bursts, active recovery and body-weight resistance moves (squats, lunges, etc.) to maximize its effectiveness and mood-raising power (AKA endorphins). Once the music takes over, you'll see why we call it ‘exercise in disguise.’
About the venue:
City Yoga's spacious and newly remodeled group fitness studio with beautiful bay doors—perfect to let the air in during spring temperatures—is centrally located at City Place right along the I-75 corridor. For years, City Yoga has been a place of healing and growth for the Dallas community.
