Corporation in North Fresno seeking a dedicated and professional housekeeper for home and business. Job will require a variety of housekeeping duties at a private residence and business. Seeking an honest and reliable individual that pays attention to details, has integrity, and has adaptability. Must have planning and organizing skills. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Must be able to work unsupervised and have a reliable mode of transportation and driving record clear of violations. *We offer benefits which include medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and PTO. Job duties include, but are not limited to: • Perform general sweeping and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed • Vacuum and clean carpets • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and room accessories as needed • Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms • Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed • Keep all spaces neat and tidy • Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered • Empty and clean trash containers • Dispose of trash and break-down cardboard shipping boxes for recycling • Wipe down glass surfaces • Make up beds and change linens as required • Tidy up rooms • Wash windows as scheduled • Change bedding and gather used linens for laundering • Sort, wash, load and unload laundry • Iron and press clothing • Sort, fold and put away clean laundry • Check and purchase groceries and household supplies for residence and business to maintain adequate levels • Run errands for employer
