Opal Properties is seeking full-time Landscapers. Opal Properties is one of Key West's premier hospitality employers, with 4 unique hotels: Opal Key West Resort, Sunset Key Cottages, The Laureate and The Capitana. Perform grounds keeping Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth Cut down tree limbs Trim shrubs and pull weeds Clears sidewalks as needed Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping. Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer The landscaper job will take place mainly outdoors.
