Responsibilities for Groundskeeper • Follow all safety guidelines for the operation of equipment and chemicals • Daily lawn care to include watering, raking and blowing leaves • Perform regular weeding • Water and seed the lawn as needed • Lawn maintenance to include lawn, shrubbery, flower pots • Perform landscaping duties as directed to include planting, tilling, weeding • Regular custodial work such as debris on walkways and disposing of it in the proper containers Qualifications for Groundskeeper • Ability to pass a drug test. • Available to work any day of the week between 7 am to 5 pm • Able to operate a variety of equipment and tools • Able to lift 20-30 pounds • Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of temperatures • Extensive periods of sitting, standing and bending down during shift • Ability to understand verbal directions and closely execute with minimal supervision • Reliable transportation to work location and a clean driving record
