WE RIDE SO THEY FLY is raising money for Honor Flight New England, who sends WWII, Korean, and modern day era Veterans to Washington, D.C. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, We Ride So They Fly is teaming up with The New Hampshire Patriot Guard Riders to raise money to send our Nations MOST SENIOR HEROES to Washington, D.C. THIS YEAR, WE RIDE IN HONOR OF SGT (T) JAMES H. SLATER Mr. Slater was in the United States Army, 2nd Infantry Division in Korea and was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, Korean Service Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars, the National Defense Medal, and the United Nations Service Medal. Mr. Slater, or "Sunshine" as he was called by his Honor Flight family, will forever be remembered for his bright yellow sweater and his even brighter smile. James Slater attended an Honor Flight with his son Jimmy Slater in 2018. Mr. Slater passed away November 11th
