Couple looking for a place to rent

My boyfriend and I recently both left abusive homes and we are desperately trying to look for a place to rent. WE DO NOT HAVE SECTION 8 OR PETS but a pet friendly place would be nice because we are looking to adopt one possibly when we get settled. I do not work but I am currently looking for a job. However, my boyfriend does work and he will pay for rent, and any deposits until I find a job and we can split costs. Musts: -At least a 1 bedroom or studio with 1 bathroom. -Maximum: $600 a month. -House, Apartment, Cabin, Cottage, etc.. anything is an option. -Location: Buncombe County, NC.
