If there is someone involved in DUI, their vehicle is taken away...if there is someone involved in a family/neighbor/friend safety by threatening them with bodily harm, we are against the law removing their weapons. There are law officers who said they will refuse to follow the 'RED FLAG' law. S-O-O-O when another officer is down...DEAL WITH IT. THERE ARE LAWS ON THE BOOK...FUCK IT, USE THEM.
