DISH at Dover Bay is teaming up Hayden Beverage to bring you a taste of California! Hello Wine Lovers, Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel at least 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Welcome to a little taste of California! We have selected some amazing wine and paired them outstanding food to really showcase the depth and eclectic goodness that California has to offer. Check out the menu below and make sure to reserve your spot toady as these sell out quickly! Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) or if you have any dietary requests, please email [email protected] with your requests. The Menu: Course One: Schramsberg Vinyards, Brut Mirabelle Deconstructed California roll with Dungeness crab, avocado, seaweed salad, orange chili aioli, and crunchies. Course Two: Tribute, Sauvignon Blanc (2018) Arugula, bacon, and citrus salad with Humboldt fog goat cheese, bacon, and lemon thyme vinaigrette. Course Three: Maddalena, Chardonnay (2018) Sriracha lime crusted day boat scallop taco, pickled onion relish, cilantro oil, cotija, organic oat tortilla. Course Four: Neyers Vinyards, Sage Canyon Red (2018) Black sesame and gochugaru crusted short rib, Japanese bbq sauce, cucumber cabbage slaw, and honey miso smashed-fried potato. Course Five: Michael David Winery, Inkblot Petit Verdot (2017) Avocado ice cream and dark chocolate ganache brownie, and caramelized sugar.
