Hey everyone, My name is Jim, I recently moved back to the Redding area and am looking for likeminded musicians to play and/or write with. I specialize in folk, country, and bluegrass guitar and have been writing, singing, and playing for the past 10 years. I love music in the vein of Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, Townes Van Zandt, Chris Thile and Punch Brothers, Adrienne Lenker and Buck Meek of Big Thief, Mandolin Orange, and all that early Jimmie Rodgers/Carter Family country. Interested in playing with all levels and ages, I myself am in my 20's and would be considered intermediate to advanced. (I've put in my 10,000 hours.)
