FREE PWR!, is a DSM-based Hip Hop group led by Emcee Emmett Phillips Jr. that combines Golden Era lyricism with hip hop, rock, and jazz. FREE PWR!, led by Emcee/song writer Emmett Phillips Jr., musical director/ keyboard player G Thomas, and acoustic/electric guitar player John z., is a local Hip Hop fusion band that combines Golden Era Hip Hop lyricism with digital and live instrumentation Rock and Jazz styles. FREE PWR! is gearing up for its debut EP release this spring to introduce its one of a kind sound to the world!
