landscape maintenance company, is looking for 10 crew members to join our team. We specialize in gardening not cutting grass! We are scheduling clean ups and need extra help. Your employment could possibly lead to future opportunity to grow with us as well. Work includes general leaf clean up using blowers, and rakes, along with cutting plants. No experience is needed (however preferred and pay will go accordingly), only the desire to work hard and learn. We look for the ability to take direction and follow through with accomplishing the tasks that are given. The ability to work with hedge trimmers is a benefit even better if you have your own tools. Lastly, whether you lead or follow, be responsible for your actions because everyone counts on you to do your part. Main Role: Follow directions and learn, execute tasks with minimal supervision, report every day, on time, ready for work, and support the Foreman and other team members. Job duties to include spreading mulch, pulling weeds, dead heading, planting, cutting back and trimming. We do not cut grass no lawnmowers will be involved, no heavy equipment all smaller hand tools biggest thing would be a leaf blower or hedge trimmers. Responsibilities: Effectively relay any questions to the Foreman, demonstrate a willingness to learn. assist with tool and equipment care, ask questions if needed. Compensation and Description of Benefits: $14- $17per hour for clean up work depending of experience. Car is required as locations do switch during the day. All positions are art time currently
