Join us for a very special Maundy Thursday service. Thursday night April 1st at 6:30pm. What is Maundy Thursday? Maundy Thursday is the Thursday before Easter, when Jesus celebrated His final Passover with His disciples. This is the meal where Jesus washed the feet of His disciples and commanded them to do the same for each other, in love. Our time together April 1st will include: Reading of the scriptures surrounding the events of that Thursday; observing the Lord’s Supper; an opportunity to serve those in our area; and silent moments of reflection and prayer throughout the evening. PRE GATHERING SAFTY PRECAUTIONS. Home check- please stay home if feeling sick or exhibiting symptoms. What to expect when you arrive: -Adults and children 5 years and older must wear a mask. Once you have been seated you may remove your mask. During transition and when exiting the service we ask that you wear your mask. -All attendees will have temperature checked. -While waiting to be seated please adhere to 6 ft. social distancing. -For the comfort of all we are encouraging a no contact environment. Please be respectful of others. CHILDREN: This has been designed as a family event. However, we will have childcare available for children birth to pre-k (only). Please register your children, since childcare space is limited.
