MIDDLETOWN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Middletown Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Brandon Bell, 36, of Middletown, was arrested March 5 on two counts of violation of protective order. He was released after posting bonds totaling $30,000 and is due in court on May 21, according to state judicial records. David K. Benson, 44, of Winchester Avenue, New Haven, was arrested March 7 on charges of risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 28. Robert D. Belles, 56, of Main Street, Middletown, was arrested March 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 5. Diamond Monique Grant, 22, of Griswold Street, Meriden, was arrested March 10 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 30. Jeffrey G. Roller, 51, of Collins Street, Hartford, was arrested March 10 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 8. Milla-Rose Prima Polumbo, 22, of Saybrook Road, Middletown, was arrested March 11 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 7. Blaine W. Shaw, 21, of Martin Street, Hartford, was arrested March 11 on a charge of second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 30. Peter J. Daniels, 67, of Washington Street, Middletown, was arrested March 13 on charges of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 14. Tyrease S. Steele, 28, of Butternut Street, Middletown, was arrested March 13 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 14. Carlos A. Rivera, 33, of Hamden, was arrested March 14 on charges of first-degree larceny and second-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of June 9. He was also charged with evading responsibility and traffic control signals. Amy Peterson, 30, of Ridgefield Drive, Middletown, was arrested March 15 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 14.
