Press release from the City of Groton: March 22, 2021 Mayor Keith Hedrick has authorized the reopening of the City of Groton Municipal Building beginning on April 5, 2021. The building will be open Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The building will remain closed on Fridays.
