Chef Craig will be in the kitchen with our Olivelle Oils and Vinegars! Learn how to make lunch a healthy choice. It doesn't need to be bland and boring to be healthy? In this lunch class you will learn how to create some very tasty and unique dressings as you enjoy a delicious mixed green salad topped with roast chicken along with tomato and garlic herb bruschetta. . Cost for this lunch is $25 per person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. What to Expect:The lunch and learn classes last approximately one hour. You will be served a delicious mixed green salad with house made dressing and roasted chicken while the Chef demonstrates how to make some delicious dressings using our Olivelle oils and vinegars. Chef will also demonstrate how to whip up a quick appetizer of bruschetta and be available to answer any questions you may have on cooking with flavored oils and vinegars. You will enjoy a generous portion of each demonstration. Chef Craig is our culinary director here at The Cook's Station. You can find him downstairs most days heading up the café. He teaches our couples grilling classes, charcuterie board making, and many private events here.
