We’ll have plenty of crawfish to eat with all the sides - so come hungry! Our demo will last from 1pm-3pm, but we’ll hang out until 5pm to answer any and all questions (and to finish up the crawfish). Class will be hosted by Malcom Reed from HowToBBQRIght and Mark Williams from Wine Life BBQ. We’ll have plenty of water to drink, but you are welcome to bring a cooler - BYOB. Tickets must be purchased in advance. No one will be allowed without a ticket.
