Bathroom A: - 31 Sqft - Easy rectangle area - 8x8 square tiles - Floor prepped and ready Bathroom B - 34 Sqft - Easy area + 6.25 Sqft entry way - 9x9 Hexagon tiles -Floor prepped and ready All material provided (tiles, adhesive, grout, spacers). You show up with your tools and knock it out. I pay cash in full the moment the job is finished. Text me your price for labor + photos of your last 2 tiles jobs. Can’t wait to talk! -Chris
