I am looking for an attorney who would like to take on a class action lawsuit against eppicard and NJ probation/ child support services. Money is being fraudulently taken out of these benefit accounts and Eppicard whom The State of New Jersey has contracted with for years knowing very well this is an issue does not perform a proper investigation and denies the claim with no answers. This is happening in the thousands of dollars for years now. Probation is supposed to help maintain law and order and peace for our children and it is doing the opposite on many accounts. This is wrong and needs to stop!!!!!
