ST. CHARLES, IL — A St. Charles man is facing several drunken-driving charges after police said his blood-alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit after a crash earlier in March, the Kane County Chronicle reports. Todd Danner, 35, was charged March 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of .08 or more — both misdemeanors, according to Kane County court records. He also faces charges of driving too fast for conditions/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to yield at an intersection.
