Meed mobile mechanic for BMW convertible top

I have a 2001 BMW 3 Series convertible. The automatic push button doesn't work anymore and now the hand crank doesn't work either. I'm trying to lower it manually but it's stuck 3/4 of the way down. I need someone to come and either fix automatic button or at least disable it so it doesn't Jam before I can lock it in place
