Yoga for the whole family! Take a break from work and school. Join me as we have fun learning yoga poses, meditate to calm our minds, and listen to fun songs. This class is great for kids, teens, and parents. With the school year half over it can start to weigh us down, affecting the whole family. Join me as we escape the outside world for a short time and enjoy a well deserved break.
