Boat Bottom Painting - 27 foot powerboat

I have a 27 foot powerboat. It is 8 1/2 feet wide and on a trailer. I am looking for an estimate to sand the bottom, paint the bottom with Petit Black Widow Paint, and then clean and wax the hull. I will supply materials. The bottom has existing bottom paint that is in good condition - just needs 80 grit sanding and paint.
