RailPlan announces an opening in the Rail Mechanical Services Department for Coach Cleaner to work at our Brunswick, ME facility. Evening/Night Shift Major Responsibilities: Cleaning the interiors of the passenger trains Clean and wipe all walls, doors, ceiling, handrails, and luggage racks Clean all bathrooms. Clean toilet bowls/seats, toilet cover/shroud, sinks, counters, and walls. Clean all windows and window sills, including vestibule windows, and bathroom mirrors Vacuum and/or sweep the following: seats, floors, between seats and wall, under tables and booths. Mop and scrub floors Remove all trash from the car, remove the trash liners from all receptacles and containers and replace with new liners; put all waste in the dumpster. Clean up spills and disinfect receptacles. Remove gum, candy, stains, graffiti, etc. from floors, seats, window frames and sills, booths and tables, or any location found as needed. Supply car with paper products as necessary: paper towels, and soap and toilet paper. Replenish literature throughout the car as necessary: emergency procedure instruction cards, train schedules, magazines, and brochure racks as needed.
