RICE COUNTY, MN — Nearly 15 percent of Rice County residents — more than 9,700 people — have completed their vaccine series for the coronavirus, meaning they are fully inoculated against the virus. Another 26 percent of the county has received at least one dose of the virus, amounting to over 17,000 people. Statewide, 15.3 percent of Minnesotans are fully vaccinated, and 25.7 percent of residents have received at least one dose.
