Now Hiring Construction laborers and Building Maintenance Technicians. Construction Laborers Must have some knowledge of construction and be willing to learn and advance within the company. Requesting basic construction and power tool knowledge such as but not limited to: Basic carpentry, stucco, drywall basics and painting. Concrete knowledge is a plus. Maintenance Techs must have basic hand tools and knowledge in painting, minor electrical, drywall, stucco, woodwork/carpentry. Shift is from 7:30am-4:00pm. Must be able to work with others and have reliable transportation.
