*****We are looking to hire 3-4 people to start the week of March 29th***** Roofing General Labor Helpers wanted. Full-Time position starting at $18.00 per hour. Call Cool-Roof Systems at 1-760-747-5970 to inquire and apply. REQUIREMENTS 1.) Eligible to work in the United States Legally. 2.) Able to communicate in English (written and verbally). 3.) Must be at least 18 years of age. 4.) Have current driver license and dependable transportation to get to work. 5.) Reside locally (within 30-mile radius of San Marcos, CA). 6.) Some experience working in the construction industry and hard labor. 7.) Able to pass pre-employment respirator fit test, physical, and drug screening. 8.) Able to work weekends and after-hours when needed. 9.) Able to work out of town occasionally, as required, with paid Per Diem. 10.) Be coachable, with the ability to receive direction and follow instructions. 11.) Be versatile and a team player with the drive to learn and excel. 12.) No fear or anxiety of heights or confined spaces. 13.) Be and stay clean shaven, as this position will require you to use a respirator mask. The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; however, your scheduled start time and end time may vary depending on the demands of the specific assignment/job or weather.
