PSA: Land Use Plan Update
The Town Board of Commissioners and the Planning Board met jointly to discuss updates to the Town's Land Use Plan.
Here are is an overview of the potential amendments.
Of note: The Land Use Plan is only a policy for future consideration. Any adoption of land use policy does not change the zoning of any property. Any proposed zoning changes must comply with North Carolina and Cornelius law regarding notice and public hearing.
