Totoise rescue who sells tortoises at high prices

There is someone, in the Pacific Beach area, Who is claiming to be a turtle and tortoise rescue and is asking for peoples unwanted pets under that guise. Same person has tortoises for sale on craigs list, for high fees, and is more than likely also breeding these animals. Do not relinquish your turtles and tortoises to someone who is just going to flip them for profit, or even worse, breed them and add them to the pet trade. Reptiles and exotic pets have become very popular and are very tempting to take in under false pretenses to sell and make money off of you and your pets bad luck.
