As a Crew Member, you are responsible for ensuring customer’s landscape needs are exceeded. All while maintaining a safe and team-oriented environment. What you'd be responsible for… Performing landscape construction tasks such as New plant install, irrigation installation, tree installation, mulching, mowing, edging, blowing, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing, weed control, and irrigation repair. Safe operation and appropriate use of tools and equipment. Communicating all customer comments, inquiries, account status to the Crew Foreman. Loading and unloading of equipment. Reporting all needed equipment repairs, malfunctions, accidents to Crew Foreman. What experience we're looking for… High school education. What skills we're looking for… Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Works well with a team.
