Wood Workers for Fabrication Needed Immediately! Compensation $14-15 Hourly Employment Type Full-Time High End Custom Wooden Shutter Manufacturing - Fabrication department. We are looking to add creative craftspeople to our team. We need people that are good at working with their hands and have a strong attention to detail. Any experience in assembly, woodworking, cabinetry or general craftsmanship is extremely helpful. We are willing to train on the specifics of the job and are looking for people with a great work ethic and a positive attitude to join our growing family. This is a permanent position that will start at $14-$15/hr depending on experience and skill. We have a four-day work week. Working hours are from 6am – 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with overtime on Fridays if needed. More details about the job are below. We are looking for people that already have wood working knowledge to fill this position. Assist in the fabrication of frames for high-end custom wood Shutters. Learn one or more steps in the manufacturing process including but not limited to: set-up, gluing, and fabrication of frames. Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, nail guns and power saws. Carry out all tasks with the highest regard for quality and safety.
