found/saw Yellow Dog

A yellow dog with a bit of white on his face, was walking down Sharon LN and Richard RD, Georgetown, today March 13 the at 5:30. He had a red color with blue rabies tag but no identification. Very friendly with people came right over to say hi but was agresive around my dog, growled and barked then walked away once I got her locked in the yard.
