We are a landscape/property maintenance company looking for self motivated employees to join our team. We complete every aspect of landscaping, along with pressure washing, demolition, and many other tasks associated with property maintenance. We are looking for full time and seasonal help, typical 40 to 55 hours per week. Health care, paid holidays, and vacation time available after 90 day period. Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and not have an extensive criminal record. A valid drivers license is not required but reliable transportation is an absolute must. A DOT med card is not required but is a helpful and considered during wage negotiation. We are offering a $250.00 sign on bonus and another $750.00 bonus after one year. We need individuals with attention to detail, ability to work extended hours when required, and self motivated. Truck and trailer driving experience is valuable and also skid loader and mini excavator operation is also valuable for this position but not required.
