Looking for a few reliable workers with good transportation. Job duties can vary from picking, cleaning, emptying, filling, and/or planting. Plus, whatever might pop in a day needing to be done complete daily routines. This is a full-time position, mostly indoors, and year round employment. Our operation is similar to a production facility, so we have a certain amount of work that must get done each day to be able to produce enough product to support our customer needs weekly. Our production manager is fluent in both English and Spanish, so Spanish only speaking is OK. If you are in relatively good physical condition, able to take direction and think you can perform tasks given and keep up with others after a period of training we are willing to train. The key is a persons ability to learn and perform duties within expectations set and as instructed. It's not rocket science... However, it is farming which is a little bit of everything... You will be asked to use pallet jacks and various equipment on the farm to perform certain duties. You should be able to lift 50 pounds.
