Employers Overload is looking for an Onsite-Lead Responsibilities would include: · Participate in safety meetings, recommend safety changes and enforce safety work practices. · Make recommendations to the team on adjustments to meet staffing and production needs. · Assist in the training, managing, and motivating of staff. · Collaborate with core team on ways to manage workload. · Be an active member of the Leadership and safety team. · Be available to work weekends (depending on business needs) About the Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Entomology, or related field preferred and/or 2 years’ experience. · Forklift experience and/or certification preferred. · Ability to follow SOPs and Protocols. · Ability to manage multiple tasks, Time Management· Ability to work independently· · Ability to communicate and lead a diverse workforce.
