I will be moving anytime in September (my current lease is up 8/31) and I want to find a gorgeous home in Everett to rent with a handful of people. I am a bit picky about the home - I don’t want to be stuck with a tiny kitchen or bathroom. I would love to find some lovely people that are also looking for a home around this time. We would split all bills and have house rules. We would obviously meet each other before agreeing to become roommates, and we could each keep an eye out for rental opportunities. About me: I am a young woman and I enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time in nature. I love supporting the local community, and shopping at farmers markets. I value a quiet, relaxing atmosphere to unwind in after work. If you are one to stay up til the AM playing video games or one to have lots of guests over, please, please, please be respectful and mindful of your noise. I would love to find roommates that wouldn’t mind having a meal together a couple of times a week (or more). You should value a clean space and clean up after yourself. I want to find a beautiful home that has a large kitchen, spacious bathrooms (tub is a must), and a yard. I also want a bargain (we are sharing, after all) - with 3-5 people in a home, the rent should be around $500-$700 per person. We could split utilities even.
