The beautiful commemorative “Surprise Ride” Buckle ($275) And many, many more wonderful prizes in the Surprise Tent. Horn Rapids County Park is the location for the first annual RRR Surprise Ride. This fundraiser is a raffle prize ride. The cost will be $20 per rider and includes four raffle tickets - additional tickets will sell for $3 each. You may buy as many tickets as you like to increase your chances of winning one of the five Big Prizes or the other prizes in the Surprise Ride raffle tent. Registration starts at 7:30 am. The Hill Loop (10 mile ride) will start at 10:00 am. The Park Loop (5 mile ride) will start at 11:00 am. Registration for the Hill Loop will close at 10:00 am. Registration for the Park Loop will close at 10:30 am. The Surprise Ride Raffle will start at 2:30 pm. You must be present to win. Helmets will be required for riders under 18 years of age. It is suggested that riders under 14 years old ride the Park Loop. Please preregister at
