In need of someone who can do all interior finish work.
compensation: Hourly rate based on experience

$12.00 to $22.00 an hour (1099)
We are based out of Lansing. Looking for someone that can take on an entire job and finish it with a laborer or alone. We finish basements, renovate bathrooms, kitchens etc.
Requirements:
-Valid Drivers License
-Reliable Transportation
- 3 Years of Experience w/ references
-Must be able to manage small crew on the job site & maintain scheduled jobs
- Must be able to make smart decisions on the spot, work safely and efficiently and with a positive attitude.
-Must have your own tools.
Job Duties:
-Drywall taping / finishing
-Trim work
-Flooring
-Framing
-Painting
-Cabinet Installations
-Tile (backsplash, floors, showers)
