Going to give this a shot...Not sure if this is the best place to do this or not...I need to convert my garage into a living space. Its a two car garage. I already have a bathroom next to it. Will require a permit. 1) I will need to convert that into a full bathroom (missing shower). 2) Add insulation 3) Block off Water Heater 4) Redo duct for heater and Air. 5) Install various electrical plugs though the area 6) Install flooring. 7) Any electrical upgrade (if necessary) Want to convert into a bedroom for my parents. Please have good reviews online, if possible.
