Seeking Rehearsal Space

I am searching for a rehearsal space for my band. We welcome barns, garages, out buildings - anywhere we can set up and play. My band is not loud. We'd like to rehearse for three or four hours every two weeks. All we need is electricity. I can pay $50. per rehearsal. If your space is set-up for rehearsals (PA & drum set) I can pay $75.
