We are looking for someone who is a self starter that is comfortable working solo or with a team, energetic, focused and dependable. The ideal candidate is a self motivated, hard working individual. FULL TIME ** Immediate Hire ** ** APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE *** Duties include but are not limited to: Goal is to keep the center free of debris and liability Walk entire center and handpick debris from walkways, parking lot and landscape areas Clean window sills, garbage cans, stainless steel, escalators, etc  Will be trained on power washing, watering, cold-patching  Work all year / All Seasons / Outdoors Must be comfortable working in all weather types We ask that all applicants have the following qualifications: Must have a valid/clean drivers license and reliable transportation Must be able to work in all weather conditions  Clear communications skills  Ability to work without close supervision once directed on task. Obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site and encourages others to do the same Maintains a good relationship with co-workers and works well with others to accomplish a task Positive and productive attitude and good communication skills Ability to work in a team environment  * APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID/CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE *    Compensation: The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience   Other Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).  You can find out more about us at, We are a drug-free work place.
